Shipping
Where do you ship to?
We currently only ship domestically within the USA; however, we are actively working on making our products available outside of the US.
How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed typically within 24-48 hours. Once processed, it will depend on the shipment method.
First Class Package: 2-5 business days on average
Priority Mail Package: 1-3 business days on average
How do I track my order?
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email containing tracking information. You can also view your order history and tracking information by logging in and accessing your account.
I haven't received my order, what do I do?
Please use your shipment tracking to see where your order is currently. If your order is marked as delivered and you haven't received it yet please read below.
Sometimes orders are prematurely marked as delivered. We typically give shipments a couple days to rectify this and update.
If your order hasn't been retrieved after contacting your postal carrier and waiting a couple days, please contact us promptly to get this issue resolved.
Returns
Do you accept returns?
No - we do not accept returns or exchanges on items.
What if there is a mistake with my order?
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Recycling
Are your polymailers recyclable?
Yes! However, most curbside recycling will not accept them. They can be recycled with grocery store bags - usually available at the grocery store or other recycling facilities. Be sure to remove the label and any other stickers before recyling.
Are your rigid mailers recyclable?
Yes! They can recycled anywhere that accepts cardboard recycling.
Are your stickers recyclable?
Due to the adhesive on stickers, most recycling facilities will not accept stickers.

What can I fit in a polymailer?
10x13 Polymailer: A couple t-shirts (if you roll them you can fit more!) or typically one sweatshirt/hoodie!
Can I change or cancel my order?
Due to our fast processing times, we may not be able to accommodate a cancellation or change in order. Please email us at hello@happypack.shop.
Do you offer payment plans?
Yes. You can pay in 4 interest free payments on orders over $50 USD with Shop Pay installments.
